      I love bagels but I do like English muffins too. I didn’t start eating bagels until medical school. No one is my family at that time every ate them so I wasn’t exposed until I went to a different environment!

    I actually thought that a bagel would be worse than you show here. It really depends on the size of the bagel but they can be pretty huge. And that’s before you put anything on it like cream cheese or butter. These are good swaps.

    I think I’d actually prefer every one of your swaps except for the bagel. And I’m not too worried about bread, but I know it’s better to eat less carbs. I’d do whole grain. But I rarely even eat a bagel!
