Place the square graham cracker pieces on the cookie sheet. Ensure proper spacing for this to maintain the equal distribution of heat inside the oven.
Cut the chocolate block into smaller pieces. Make sure that the chocolate pieces are almost the same size as the marshmallow.
Place the chocolate pieces on top of each graham cracker.
Place the marshmallows on top of the chocolate afterwards. Be careful in placing each marshmallow since there is a possibility that the mallows will roll on the sides.
Set the oven to 400 degrees and place the cookie sheet inside. Set the timer to roughly 5 minutes. The marshmallows should be at least brownish before removing them from the oven. The duration of baking will depend on the type of marshmallow used and the type of chocolate used. Each type of marshmallow and chocolate has different melting points, so make sure to observe this every minute.
Remove the cooked s’more pieces from the oven and immediately place another piece of graham cracker on top of the marshmallows.
