Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the ground meat and seasoning in a medium bowl. Go ahead and use your hands to mix these ingredients. When the mixture is thoroughly incorporated, pinch off a little bit of meat and roll it in your hands. You want to make about 36 one-inch taco meatballs. Place these in a 15 inch by 10 inches by 1-inch baking or casserole dish. Try to keep the meatballs from touching as much as possible.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. You may also want to use a meat thermometer to verify the meat has reached 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the meat is baking, prepare the vegetables for your tacos. Some suggestions are lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, and onions.
Put the vegetables into the taco shell but don’t fill them entirely. Leave enough room to place two meatballs. Then pour a small amount of salsa over the meatballs followed by a small dollop of sour cream on each meatball. Top the sour cream with one olive slice on each meatball to make them look like eyeballs.
