Instructions
Spray a waffle iron with a nonstick cooking spray and allow the iron to heat.
Toss together the baking mix, sugar, and cocoa in a large mixing bowl.
Add the water, canola oil, and eggs and blend until all the ingredients are mixed together well.
Pour the batter using a measuring cup (size depends on the size of your waffle iron) onto the heated waffle iron.
Bake 5 minutes or until the steaming stops.
Notes
Note: I sometimes substitute butter for canola oil.
