Slow Cooker Month: Corn Chowder
Happy Monday! I hope you enjoyed your first weekend of 2020.
I was going to mention it being the first weekend of the decade but I didn’t want to start some technical disagreement about whether the decade started this year or next year.
I vote for this year because it sounds better!
This is day 3 of my slow cooker challenge and this recipe is something that I enjoy making! Soups, chowders, stews — I love them both on the slow cooker or on the stove. HOWEVER, my family is not as fond of soups. They will eat one day’s worth and then the leftovers go to waste.
I could freeze these soups you say? I have but the family seems to sense that they are “leftovers” even from the freezer! LOL
On to the chowder…
