It is almost the end of January. This month has a lot of cool holidays or themes like National Glaucoma Month, National Slow Cooker Month, National Cheese Lovers’ Day, and more. However, January 27th puts in double-duty. January is National Baking Month and the 27th is National Chocolate Cake Day. So in honor of this, we have a chocolate layer cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. I know earlier this month there was a slow cooker chocolate cake but this one is perfect and from scratch.
