When you’re going through uncertain times such as a pandemic, it’s easy to let your emotions take over. Uncertainty can lead to really intense emotions that can be difficult to control. However, with the right coping skills and support, it’s possible to balance out our emotions during uncertain times.

As I was reading, I kept thinking, “Oh, I bet I should try that,” or “yeah, I’m not getting enough sleep right now.” When the stress hits, it disrupts things so much that I forget routine, and find all kinds of distractions that take me off my eating plan and keep me awake.
