So many people are Vitamin D deficient! My doctor ran some blood tests and, despite the fact I spent a lot of time outside, I’m deficient in vitamin D. She suspects I just don’t make it well on my own. Since I’ve been adding it to my diet as a supplement my moods have been much better.

I’m doing OK in steps 1 -4, could do better where sugar and fat are concerned. I’m surprised there is no number 6, get plenty of exercise 😉

I have issues with fats and sugar as well. I am trying to make more modifications, but it is difficult. With a transplant, I have to do better LOL
