Slow Cooker Spaghetti
I have yet to come across someone who doesn’t love spaghetti. It’s a crowd-pleasing, quick and easy meal any day of the week – but even easier when you can make it all in the slow cooker. Best of all the sauce is made from scratch, allowing me to control seasonings and what goes in it. Quick Tip – brown the ground beef as soon as you get back from the store and store it in the fridge or freezer. Just grab it (thaw if needed) and put in your slow cooker for easy meal prep. Slow Cooker Month: Oh so Sweet Orange Chicken
Today I have another delicious chicken recipe for you. Again the recipe calls for chicken thighs. You can use bone-in and pick out the bones as you eat, or go ahead and buy boneless, skinless chicken thighs which is what I typically do. We would rather not deal with the bones! I’ve also made this with chicken breast (cut into quarters before cooking) and chicken tenders. Both versions worked out fine, but we preferred the taste of the chicken thighs. You can also use other greens like spinach! If you want the recipes from this month in your mailbox, sign up here: Slow Cooker Challenge
